In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will cover the delivery costs. We will replace the garment or issue a refund if an exchange is not possible.
Any errors must be reported to our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the garment.

Resetting your password usually resolves this issue. If the problem persists, you can call customer service at 1 (877) 562-0831, extension 100.
After 3 incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. Please wait until the end of this period and then try logging in again.
1 - Click on Log in at the top right of the shop page.
2 - Click the Reset Password button:
3 - You will receive a password reset email (see your junk mail folder).
The password must meet the following requirements:
- 8 characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character [@#$ %? &*!]
Examples of passwords that would work well : ToyotaCorolla!2021 or CélineDion1234$
4- Once you've changed your password, log in to the site and that's it! You can now place your order.
The system automatically sends you certain communications via email, such as: your order is pending confirmation, your order confirmation, a reminder about an abandoned shopping cart, and a password recovery email. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk mail folder and look for an email from Odoo (our management system). You can then add the contact to your safe senders list to receive all future communications directly in your inbox.
